Elijah's nursery is decorated with a safari animals theme, so I bought this giant stuffed lion with some gift money when he was about three months old. I've been taking pictures of him with it regularly so it's easy to see how much he's growing. Here he is at 15 months old!
Just for fun, here are the 3, 6, 9 and 12 month lion photos:
Oh, Amy, these shots are just adorable. How clever to use the same prop to measure growth with your photos! Is it just me, or does the tiger looks like he's aging, too?
ReplyDeleteBaby and tiger are very expressive.

ReplyDeleteThat is so adorable, I can't stand it.
ReplyDeleteThat is so stinkin cute. Okay when he is 18 you have to do it again!!!! Great idea
ReplyDeleteThose are adorable. You have such a gift for photography.
ReplyDeleteThanks, everyone :) I can't take credit for the idea--I shamelessly stole it from a friend of mine! And yes, we will definitely do a picture with the lion when he's 18 :) I did them every month the first year, then I plan to keep them up every three months this year. Maybe every six months for another couple of years and then on his birthday each year after that? We'll see...
