I love peonies! I don't have any yet, but want to "steal" some from my mom and transplant them here, along with some lilies of the valley. They've always been "my" flowers, since they bloom in May and my b-day's in May.
Oh I too LOVE peonies and don't have any either!!!! Jealous. You gotta take a pic of them
we transplanted our peonies from my in-laws when we moved into the house--but they didn't bloom last summer; the late freeze killed them, I think. so we were very excited when they bloomed this year! I am hoping for some pink ones though; all the blooms so far are white.
Bethany, I can't believe you're jealous of any flower I have...your garden is SOOOOO gorgeous, peonies must be the ONLY thing you don't have! I will try to get pics soon.
