Excellent, Very Good, Good, Fair or Poor?

I wish I was "randomly selected" to win sweepstakes and great prizes 1/3 as often as I am "randomly selected" to do phone surveys about my prenatal care provider. Glad they care so much about quality of service, but SO tired of those phone calls! Ack!
