I don't own that book, but I have borrowed it and have found it so helpful. Good choice! :)
I mean I'm all about people living how they want and blahblahblah...but I just cannot fathom that this kind of worldview leads to a whole lot of mental health.
I'm with you on podcasts! As a side note, I've noticed sheets aren't the quality they used to be. Never buy the Shabby Chic brand from Target!
