Abraham Piper addresses one of my pet peeves today in just 22 words:
Not pressing Enter is rude to your readers (unless you just don’t care, but that’s rude, too).
More than once I have wanted to read someone's lengthy blog post, but given up before the end because my eyes just can't take the one giant paragraph of text. It's especially hard/important if your blog template features a narrow column for posts; the narrower your text, the shorter your paragraphs need to be. I know I have been guilty of this, so I'm reminding myself as well: Hit Enter more often than you think you should. Seriously.

LOL! That is funny, but I know what you mean. It is hard to read one huge, long, run-on paragraph!
True! I've been guilty of it too! :)
Couldn't have said it better. Now if I could just learn to shorten my entire posts!
haha--you obviously won't find me throwing stones about THAT one anytime soon :)
hahahahaha. i am guilty of the opposite... like its a sin to put too many enters.
I think I put an enter in every time i make a point, or take a breath or whatever. my posts are so long based on the fact there are about one million enters. I wonder if that is equally as bad???
funny!
